Outcomes

We do not guarantee jobs, and we do not publish numbers we cannot evidence

Plenty of institutes will quote you a placement percentage and a median salary. We would have to audit ours cohort by cohort before we put them on a public page, and we have not done that. What we can set out in full is what happens after the course: who works on your resume, how many mock interviews you sit, where your applications go, and how long the support lasts.

By the numbers
  • 6

    No income-share agreement, ever

What is included, in numbers we can actually show you

Every item below is part of the course fee. None of it is an outcome claim, because an outcome is not ours to promise.

What placement support actually means here

Not a job portal login and a WhatsApp group. Eight concrete things, all included in your fee and none of them time-limited.

  • Resume and LinkedIn rewritten with you

    Two working sessions

A mentor rewrites your resume line by line so your projects are described in terms of decisions and outcomes, not tool lists. Your LinkedIn headline, summary and project entries are rebuilt in the same session.

  • Portfolio site and GitHub audit

    Before you apply anywhere

We go through every repository you will show: README quality, commit history, dead code, exposed keys and broken deployments. A hiring manager will open these, so they need to survive that.

  • Six recorded mock interviews

Technical, machine coding and HR rounds

Conducted by mentors and visiting alumni who interview for a living. Each is recorded, and you rewatch it with your mentor to see where you rambled, guessed or talked yourself out of a correct answer.

  • Weekly problem-solving and system-design drills

From week three, not week twenty-six

Data-structures practice in the language you will interview in, plus design discussions on real products, so the reasoning is habitual by the time it is being assessed.

  • Direct referrals to hiring partners

    Where we have a contact

When a company we have a contact at posts a role that matches your profile, your mentor sends your resume in with a note about what you built. Referred applications get read, which is most of the battle.

  • Weekly application targets, tracked

    With your mentor

You agree a weekly number of applications and follow-ups, and you review the results together. Most people who stall after a course stall on this step, not on skills.

  • Offer review and salary negotiation help

    Before you sign anything

We read the offer with you: base against variable, bond and notice clauses, the realistic band for that role in that city, and how to ask for more without losing the offer.

  • Support that does not expire

    Until you accept an offer

There is no six-month window after which you are on your own. Alumni also come back years later for interview practice before switching jobs, and that stays free.

Questions about placements

The uncomfortable ones included.

Do you publish placement statistics?
No. A placement percentage is only meaningful with its denominator, its definition of 'placed' and its cohort data attached, and we have not completed that audit, so we are not putting a number on a public page. Ask an advisor about a specific past batch and you will get a straight account of what happened to the people in it, including those who did not get hired.
Do you guarantee placement?
No. We guarantee the teaching, the reviews, the projects, the interview preparation and the introductions. Nobody can guarantee that a company will hire you, and a training institute that says otherwise is either charging you for the risk or defining placement loosely enough to include unpaid internships.
Is there an extra placement fee or an income-share agreement?
Neither. Placement support is included in the course fee, and we never take a percentage of your salary. If you are quoted a low course fee elsewhere, check whether a placement charge appears after you finish.
What salary should I realistically expect?
We are not going to quote you a figure we cannot evidence, and any institute that gives you a confident single number should be asked how they arrived at it. What we will do, before you enrol rather than after, is go through live openings for the roles you are targeting and show you the bands those employers actually advertise. Location matters a great deal: Bangalore and Hyderabad offers run higher than tier-two cities.
How long does it usually take to get an offer?
It varies widely. Some learners have an offer before their capstone review and others are still applying months later, and we do not have an audited median to quote you. The one thing that consistently separates the two groups is application volume, which is why your mentor agrees a weekly target with you and tracks it.
Does placement support expire?
No. There is no cut-off date. Alumni who took a break, relocated, or want to switch jobs three years later still get mock interviews and resume reviews at no charge.
I am over 30 and switching careers. Is that a problem?
It is a real factor in some hiring processes and we will not pretend otherwise. It is also beatable: your previous domain knowledge is an asset, and we position it that way on your resume rather than hiding the career change.
Can I get placement support if I only did one track?
Yes. All three tracks — Frontend, Backend and Full-Stack — include the full placement support package described on this page. None of it is reserved for the longest track and none of it is charged separately.
