How quickly will someone reply?
Within one working day, and usually the same afternoon if you write before 4:00 PM. Enquiries sent on Sunday are answered on Monday morning. You will get a call from a person, not an automated sequence.
Is the demo class really free, and is it a sales pitch?
It is free and there is nothing to pay or commit to. You join a real running batch for a full ninety-minute session, so the majority of it is teaching, not talking about the course. Afterwards you can stay on the call and question the learners without an advisor present.
Can I speak to the instructor rather than a sales advisor?
Yes. Ask for a technical call when you enquire, and the instructor will call you back, usually in the evening between batches. It is the right call to ask for if your question is about the syllabus depth or your existing skill level.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Your educational or work background, whether you have written code before, how many hours a week you can genuinely commit, the timings that work for you, and what you want to be doing in a year. With those five things we can recommend a track in the first call rather than the third.
Can I visit before enrolling?
Yes. Campus visits run on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Call ahead so we can time your visit with a live weekend session, which is the most useful thing to see.
How do I reserve a seat, and is the payment refundable?
Confirm your track and batch with an advisor, then pay in full or start a zero-cost EMI over 3, 6 or 9 months. Your seat is held immediately. Payments are refundable in full up to seven days before the batch starts, and pro-rata if you leave within the first quarter of the course.
The batch I want is full. What then?
We will not exceed 18 learners in a batch, so you go on the waiting list for the next one in that track, typically starting about five weeks later. Waiting-list candidates get first access to demo slots and to seats when that batch opens.
Do you offer training for our company's engineering team?
Yes. We build in-house programmes on React, TypeScript, .NET and API design around your own codebase and delivery patterns rather than a generic syllabus. Send your team size, current stack, target skills and preferred timeline and we will come back with a scoped proposal.
What happens to the details I submit?
They are used only to respond to your enquiry and to hold your seat if you enrol. We do not sell or share them, we do not add you to marketing lists without asking, and you can request deletion of your record at any time by replying to any message from us.
